1. Delivery Locations

We currently offer delivery in select areas of Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh. If your location is not covered, you will be notified during checkout or via phone call.

2. Delivery Time

  • Orders placed before 6:00 PM are typically delivered the same day or next morning.
  • Orders placed after 6:00 PM will be delivered the next day.
  • Deliveries are made between 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM, Monday to Sunday.

We strive to deliver within the specified time, but delays may occur due to weather, traffic, or other unforeseen circumstances.

3. Delivery Charges

  • Free Delivery on orders above ₹299 (within service areas).
  • A nominal delivery fee of ₹30 may apply to orders below ₹299.
  • Any applicable delivery fee will be displayed at checkout.

4. Order Confirmation and Tracking

  • Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation via SMS or WhatsApp.

5. Failed Deliveries

If you are unavailable at the time of delivery:

  • Our delivery agent will attempt to contact you.
  • If delivery fails, a re-delivery may be scheduled with an additional charge.

6. Delivery of Perishable Items

We take extra care in handling perishable items. Please check the freshness of vegetables upon delivery. If any item is damaged or spoiled, report it within 2 hours of delivery for a replacement or refund.

7. Order Modifications or Cancellations

  • Orders can be modified or canceled by calling us at least 1 hour before scheduled delivery.
  • Once out for delivery, orders cannot be canceled.
